She gave me tips on how to make the house more attractive, but wasn't pushy if there was something I wasn't crazy about doing. She was communicative and transparent, always keeping me in the loop. And when we got an offer she worked tirelessly to counter-offer/follow up/dialogue with the buyer's agent to create a deal that made everyone happy. And she's loads of fun to be around, to boot! Hopefully I will not be selling another property anytime soon -- but if I did, I would certainly ask Debbie to be my agent.
