So, What do you do now? 

• Find 3 lenders - make appointments to go in and talk about your options
• Take financial info with you such as pay slips, bank statements. This helps the lender to understand what is right for you.
• Ask about options such as points to get buy downs on rates. It makes a BIG difference. 
• Did you know, if you have a low credit score, you can still get a mortgage but you will pay a higher amount enach month.
